Lakeland PAL Staff
PAL programs are staffed by the Lakeland Police Department and Police Officers who are assisted by counselors paid with funds raised through fund-raisers and donations. Other Law Enforcement employees and citizens volunteer their time as needed to assist with PAL programs.

Tim Abram is the New Executive Director for Lakeland PAL. Mr. Abram joined the Lakeland Police Department November 19, 2007. Tim Abram was born and raised in Lakeland Florida. He has worked for the City of Lakeland as a lead Guard, Director of Recreation at the Polk Juvenile Correctional Facility, Parks & Recreation Director for the City of Lake Wales and as a Recreation Therapist/ Volunteer Coordinator for Group 4 Securicor.Tim earned his BS degree from Grambling State University in Leisure Studies/ Therapeutic Recreation where he played Football for the Legendary Coach Eddie G. Robinson, and earned a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Everest University.

Officer Jamey Henderson has been a member of the Lakeland Police Department since October 1997. Prior to joining the Lakeland Police Department family, Officer Henderson worked with youth in various capacities, serving as a counselor for disabled youth and adults to being an Assistant Program Director for Department of Juvenile Justice. Officer Henderson has actively been involved in youth for seventeen years. Officer Henderson is presently the Program Coordinator for the Lakeland Police Athletic/Activities League.

Officer Greg Hardee was born and raised in Lakeland, Florida. He is a graduate from the Lakeland High School, and attended Florida A&M University on a football scholarship. Ofc. Hardee graduated from the Florida A&M University in 1992 with a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice. Ofc. Hardee has been a member of the Lakeland Police Department since 1994, where he has served in the Uniform Patrol Division, Community Policing Section, Repeat Offender Program, and Special Investigations Section.
